Waders shipping out today... Finally
Firstly, we want to sincerely apologize for how we’ve handled the recent wader order. These past few weeks have been particularly stressful as we’ve been working with FedEx to resolve the shipment issues with our manufacturer. While we've made every effort to respond to everyone who reached out, there were times when we fell short, and for that, we apologize.
This year has been a whirlwind for Corbin and me. We both got married, moved twice, bought houses, and changed jobs—twice. On top of that, living in two different states and coordinating everything via FaceTime and Teams has been no easy feat.
We’re not offering this as an excuse but rather as context for where we are and what we’re doing moving forward. Our goal is to be more consistent in 2025, and we are taking concrete steps to improve the entire process, from wader production to customer service and shipping accuracy.
Here’s how we’re working to improve:

Simplified Colorways: We’re streamlining our color offerings to focus on sizes that are actually in-stock. Each wader style currently has 99 variations in boot and wader sizes, and simplifying this will allow us to manage inventory more effectively.

Manufacturing Improvements: We’re moving production to a company that meets deadlines and maintains high-quality standards, ensuring fewer delays and more reliable delivery.

No Pre-Sales: We’ll avoid pre-sales altogether and only offer products once they are fully in-stock and ready to ship.

Customer Service Portal: We’re building a new portal to handle inquiries, returns, refunds, warranty claims, pro-staff/affiliate applications, and more. This will help reduce response times and improve the quality of resolutions.
